Condolence From: One of your daughters
Condolence: It breaks my heart to not have you with us. I am so sorry you went through so much pain and suffering and I didnt know quite what to do. I wish I could have just picked you up and carried you home, but I was fearful. I was unsure where you would receive the best care and what medicine would make you well. I felt overpowered and helpless. You always told me that things work out as long as you try your best. Well I watched you try your best in all that you did including fighting for your life and what makes me so frustrated is that after you hurdled one obstacle there was another one right behind it and it all became too much. All you wanted to do was come home and not suffer anymore and it kills me that I couldnt do that for you. What you went through this week is so unfair, but I remember complaining about that as a girl and you're answer still echoes in my mind, "Whoever told you that life is fair." I will never stop missing you and I pray that where you are it is a Fair Place where you are free from pain and fear and surrounded only by love and peace. Thank you dad for always being there for me, for teaching me so many things about life, for all your love, respect, grace, and everlasting smile that touched my soul. And most importantly thank you for always being my biggest fan and champion. I will always love you dad and live forever in my heart.
