Anthony John Terdoslavich, 81, of Ocean Township, died Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune.
He was born in Mt. Vernon, NY and grew up in Astoria, he lived in Elmhurst and Belrose, NY before moving to New Milford before moving to Ocean 7 years ago.
He was an accountant for Otis Elevator in Montvale retiring in 1991 after 36 years. He was a 1949 graduate of Bryant High School in Astoria, Queens. He went on to study accounting at Pace University in Manhattan.
He was predeceased by his parents, Anthony and Catherine Terdoslavich and a sister, Anna Marie Terdoslavich.
Surviving are his wife of 51 years, Helen Athanasatos Terdoslavich; 2 daughters, Cathy and her husband John Yurkowski of Lincroft and Irene Terdoslavich of Ocean; sister, Francesca Byrne of Lenox, MA and 2 grandsons, Johnny and Anthony.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit from 6-9 pm Thursday at the Fiore Funeral Home, 236 Monmouth Road, Oakhurst, Ocean Township. Funeral service 11 am Friday at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 1033 West Park Avenue, Ocean.
