William H. Anderson, 76, of Neptune, died Monday, December 6, 2010 at home.

He was born in Oxford, NC and lived in Neptune for the past 51 years.
He was a driver for Waste Services in Neptune for 30 years before retiring in 1998. He was a member of the Prison Friends Ministries (Sea Coast), the Neptune Seniors Club, Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Neptune and the NJ Teamster Retiree Club.

He was predeceased by his parents, Rome and Nannie Anderson and his son, William “Dollar Bill” Anderson, Jr. in 1998.

Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Minister Carolyn; daughters, Josculyn Moore of Newark and Sgt. 1st Class Lori Anderson-Doby, Washington, DC; brothers, Jasper Anderson of Oxford and Frank Anderson of NYC; sister, Hattie Johnson of Oxford; special granddaughter, Yvonne Anderson Waller of Washington, DC and other grandchildren and great-grandchildren and special friends, Robert Bagley of Asbury Park and Sam Thompson of Philadelphia.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit from 10 am until his funeral service at 12 noon Friday at Living Word Christian Church, 81 Route 35 N, Neptune. Burial will follow at Monmouth Memorial Park, Tinton Falls.
