Rostislav Sebesta, 86, of West Long Branch, died Friday, February 3, 2012 at Barnabas Health and Hospice, Long Branch. He was born in Boratin, Poland and came to this country in 1969 living most of his life in West Long Branch. He was an instructor for the NJ Department of Education in Newark before retiring.

He was predeceased by his wife, Valerie and his daughter, Dobromila Hyros; his parents, Bedrich and Bozena Sebesta and his sister.

Surviving are his son, George Sebesta and 2 grandsons, George and Robert Hyros.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit from 7-9 pm Friday at Fiore Funeral Home, 882 Broadway, West Long Branch. Funeral service will be held at 8 pm Friday evening at the funeral home.
