Rose Claire Del Tufo, 88, of Oceanport died Sunday, April 7, 2013 at home.
Born and raised in Belleville she moved to Oceanport in 1977.
She was a communicant of St. Jerome Roman Catholic Church, West Long Branch. Rose was an avid bowler and loved to knit, crochet and cook. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Predeceased by her husband, Daniel in 2008, her parents, Carmine and Rose Iacullo and her brothers, Anthony, Daniel, Alexander, Peter and Carmine.

Surviving are her 4 daughters, Carol Del Tufo, Barbara Del Tufo, Janet DeFilippis and her husband Nicholas and Diane Magliato and her husband John; sisters and brothers-in-law, Lee Iacullo, Rose Pignatore, Jeanette Orsini, and Grace and Joseph Napolitano, Leslie Del Tufo and Dr. Michael Del Tufo, 8 grandchildren, Eugene and his wife Jaclyn, Lisa, Natalie, Heather, Danielle and her husband John, Nicholas, Angelica and Joelle and a great-grandson, Dylan

Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass at 10:30 am Thursday at St. Jerome Roman Catholic Church, West Long Branch. Entombment will follow at Woodbine Mausoleum, Oceanport. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory to her favorite charity may be made to Clara Maas Medical Center Foundation for Oncology Services, 1 Clara Maas Drive, Belleville, NJ 07109.
