Peter D. Moran, 60, of East Stroudsburg, PA died November 10, 2010, surrounded by his family at Hospice of Monroe County, East Stroudsburg.
He was born in San Francisco, CA and lived in Montain View, CA and in Germany before enlisting in the US Army. He served in the Army for 22 years before retiring. He moved to East Stroudsburg in 2000. He then became a project manager for Chase Bank in Jersey City.
He was a communicant of St. John Roman Catholic Church, East Stroudsburg.
He was predeceased by his parents, John and Ingeborge Moran.
Surviving are his wife, Young; his children, Sarah, Marc, Nathan and Mary all of Philadelphia; his sister, Barbara Ann Schliep of Hamburg, Germany; his brother, Marc and his wife Lois Moran of Colts Neck; brothers-in-law, Young Ju and Young Tek Yu; sister-in-law, Kyung Yu; 2 nieces and a nephew, Rebekka, Frederick and Meredith
Relatives and friends are invited to visit from 6-8 pm Tuesday at the Pula-Bensing Funeral Home, 23 N 9th St, Stroudsburg, PA 18360. Burial with Military Honors will be at 9:30 am Wednesday at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown, PA. Memorial Mass will be offered at 2 pm Wednesday at St. John's Church, East Stroudsburg
