Minka Donna Moise, 21, of Long Branch, died Saturday, October 15, 2011 at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch.

Born in Roseau, the Commonwealth of Dominica, she migrated to Long Branch in 1996. She was a sales associate for Victoria's Secret in Eatontown for 4 years.

She was a graduate of Long Branch High School and participated on the track, soccer and basketball teams and was a member of the student government body and the peer counseling group. She also attended Brookdale Community College in Lincroft. She was a communicant of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church of Christ the King Parish in Long Branch.



Surviving are her daughter, Janell Valdes; mother, Pamela Honore; father and step-mother, Dean and Line; step-sisters, Sacha Thomas and Denise Phillip; grandmother, Victoria Baptiste; aunts and uncles, Dail Moise, Veronica Pacquette, Ingrid Hilton, Irmine Laroque, Dourn and Gabriel Moise, Lennox Honore, and Gairy and Kim Christopher and many other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit from 4-8 pm Friday at the Fiore Funeral Home, 882 Broadway, West Long Branch and on Saturday from 9:30 am until her Funeral Mass at 10:30 am at Holy Trinity Church, Long Branch. Burial will follow at Woodbine Cemetery, Oceanport. In lieu of flowers, donations to Dean Moise, Box 576, West Long Branch, NJ 07764, would be appreciated
