Obituary for Mary Randazzo

Mary A. Randazzo, 93, of Tinton Falls, died Friday, August 29, 2014 at home.
She was born in New York City and lived in Palisades Park and Lakehurst before moving to The Atria at Tinton Falls in 2001 where she enjoyed the company of her fellow residents and staff for the last 13 years of her life.

She worked at Scholastic Incorporated in Secaucus for 32 years before retiring in 1985.
Mary was a communicant of Holy Innocents Roman Catholic Church in Neptune.

She was predeceased by her husband, Matteo in 1974; her parents, Nicolo and Teresa Spinicchia; her brothers: Fred Spinicchia of Bohemia, NY, Gabriel Benedict of Leesburg, FL, Charles Spinicchia of Islip, NY and Joseph Spinicchia of Brick, NJ and Macungie, PA; her sister, Theresa Halper of Oceanport, NJ and her nephew, Joseph Spinicchia of Manchester, NJ.

Surviving are her brother, Salvatore Spinicchia and his wife Gloria Zollo of Valley Stream, NY and her sister-in-law Carmela Spinicchia of Sayville, NY; 20 nieces and nephews; 40 great-nieces and nephews and 15 great-great nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Saturday, September 13th from 9:00 am until her funeral service at 10:30 am at the Fiore Funeral Home, 236 Monmouth Road in Oakhurst, Ocean Township. Burial will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Hackensack.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory be made to the American Cancer Society.
