Abby

Joe was the most gentle man I have ever known, he had a heart of gold, he loved his family and all his 8 grandchildren, the ones he did not see often he used to missed so much, he loved to cook and loved to watched others eat and enjoy his food, he made the best homemade Italian sauce from Italian plum tomatoes, everyone loved it. Joe gave so much of himself, we spend 13 years with him and it was our best 13 years, he had such a strong will to live and even during his painful days he pushed himself to exercise and stayed as active as possible. He will be missed so much; he was loved by so many people. In his earlier life after Joe spend 9 years taking care of a daughter of his with Cancer he decided to go to school and he became a Home Health Aide and worked for VNA in Red Bank taking care of hospice patients, during that time he helped so many family losing a love one. He was so special he was one of a kind. Joe will truly be missed by not only his family but by many, many people who respected him and loved him so much. Love, Abby, Paula, Conner, Cindy and Brandon.
