My sincere condolences to your family. Mr. Vecchione was an extreme credit to the New Jersey education system, more specifically, to Middletown High School North. He was a teacher who cared, and reached out to every member of the youth community that he had ever met. I was a troubled youth while knowing him. He taught me so much more than any history book could have. He was a teacher, a mentor, and an excellent role model (a true class example). He has been engrained in my memories since 1983. Thank you for sharing him with us! God bless you all!
