Condolence From: Bob Hartman
Condolence: As a former student of her back in 1959-60 in Little Silver, I am greatly saddened to read about her passing. She was not only a kind and dedicated teacher but she was the first teacher I had who was "sub 40" in age and her youthfulness helped her relate to us in the classroom. I'll always remember her ever present smile and physical beauty as well as the catch phrase she used on us on our first day in her class: "I'm going to teach you to think". She did. God bless her soul and may she rest in peace for eternity.

Condolence: I just learned of Mrs. Mandeville's passing. I am so sorry for your loss.
I was a student of her 6th grade class in Little Silver in 1959. I would like her family to know that she was a highly regarded and loved teacher.
She was the only teacher who took the time to help me with my math problems, which I was never any good at. She would stay after school and work with me. I, along with many of her other Little Silver students will never forget her.

May God bless her lovely soul and may she Rest In Peace.

Condolence From: Gwen Spence
Condolence: Tracy,David, and family, I worked with your mom for many years at Cliffwood Elementary. She always taught basic skills to the students in my first grade class. We had some really rough kids in those days, and I was always inspired by the gentle patience your mom had with each and every student she dealt with. She was a peaceful, elegant woman who I was honored to call my friend. Always so beautiful and "put together", she was fun to be around. We laughed a lot. Those were the best days to be a teacher. I will miss her and I'll keep you all in my prayers. Gwen Spence Cliffwood School
