Aladino “Chili Al” Carmona, 87, of Long Branch, died Sunday, July 31, 2011 at Monmouth Care Center, Long Branch.

He was born in Arica, Chile. Al leaves behind a son and daughter-in-law, Aladino and Dianne Carmona of Fair Haven, son, Anthony Carmona of Los Angeles, daughter, Brandi Carmona and his pride and joy, his granddaughter, Sierra Rose Ferraro of Neptune.

“Do not stand by my grave and weep, I am not there, I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow. I am the diamond's glint on snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain. I am the gentle autumn's rain. Do not stand by my grave and cry, I am not there, I did not die.” We will miss you.
