I just heard about Carol's passing. I am so sorry. I have great memories of Carol- I met her in 1986- my first job out of college. Carol was working with Bugni, LaBanca and Paduano (CPA firm) on Monmouth Road. She was always so cheerful, positive, helpful, kind and so smart! We worked together for almost 10 years. She was a wonderful person. Her laughter and great sense of humor will be missed.
