Obituary for Zenish Kadrakunov

Zenish Kadrakov age 76 passed away from a stroke and heart failure at Monmouth Medical Center Monday February 1, 2021. He was born 9/20/1944 in Kyrgyz Republic. His father was an attorney and his mother a housewife. He had a younger brother and two sisters. He had a PhD in Philosophy, was a diplomat representing Kyrgyz Republic in International organizations such as, United Nations, European Union, OSCE, NATO. Being a diplomat he traveled all over the world and worked in different countries, especially in Europe and the USA. He represented Kyrgyz Republic at the UN NYC. 1995-1997. He then moved to Asbury Park in 2012 after his retirement. He moved with his wife and joined his daughter and loving late son-in-law Christopher E. Halligan who passed just seven months before him on June 18, 2020. Zenish is survived by his wife, Kulzhenish Kongurbaeva, Dr. of Neurology. They were married 54 years. His daughter, Jyldyz Kadrakun (NYC) a son, Nurdan Kadrakunov (Toronto, Canada) and a grandson, Erjan Kadrakunov (NYC) . He will be missed . He was a great man, warm, kind, intelligent and very loyal to his work and family. He was a dedicated husband, father and grandfather. Buckley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
