William H. Wilderspin, 82, of Oakhurst, Ocean Township, died Saturday, May 9, 2015.

He was born in Long Branch and lived in Monmouth Beach and West Long Branch before moving to Oakhurst in 1965.

He was a glazier for Local Union #1183 in Perth Amboy for 40 years before retiring in 1995. He was an avid collector of antiques and military memorabilia. He enjoyed fishing and his cat. He was a US Navy veteran.

He was predeceased by his son, Billy Wilderspin in 2011 and his parents, Herbert and Josephine Wilderspin.

Surviving are his son, David; his former wife, June and his granddaughter, Sabrina.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit from 2 pm until his funeral service at 3:30 pm Friday at the Fiore Funeral Home, 236 Monmouth Road, Oakhurst.
