Obituary for Rosario Mejia

EATONTOWN – Rosario Mejia, 74, of Eatontown, died Friday 27, 2018.
She was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico and came to Long Branch in 1963 and lived in Massachusetts before moving to Eatontown 6 years ago.
She was a bilingual teacher at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft before retiring. She also did broadcasting on the college radio station.
Rosario loved her Dunkin Donuts, music, dancing, planting and hanging out at the mall.
Surviving are her children, Anna M. Diaz and husband Edwin Perez, Angel M. Diaz and wife Nela and Mary Riera and husband Rafael and Patricia DIaz; brothers, Evelio and Ismael Mejia; 9 grandchildren, Marina Perez, George and Jashira Melendez, Christian Diaz, and Gabriel and Sarah Riera, Alex and Luis Lopez and Daniel Voorhees and 3 great-grandchildren, Alyssa Lundmark and Noahch and Analya Melendez.
