Richard Dunn 72 of Ocean township passed away Aug. 12, 2021 at Jersey Shore Hospital. Funeral
services will be held at Fiore Funeral home 236 Monmouth Rd. Oakhurst NJ between the hours of 10 am
to 11am Friday August 20th. Burial will follow at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial
Cemetery 350 Province line Rd. Wrightstown 08562
Richard was born in East Orange NJ to Arthur and Ruth Dunn. He graduated Shore Regional H.S. and
went on to serve in the United States Air Force. He later Joined Local 32 Insulators Union.
Richard married his high school sweetheart Debbie and had two children. He was active in the Boy
Scouts of America and the local American Legion. He was always there to help anyone who needed him
from fixing a neighbor’s well pump, to changing the lights at a local church. He will be missed by all who
knew him.
Richard is preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Ruth Dunn, his brothers Robert Dunn and
William Dunn. He is survived by his wife Deborah Dunn, his children Terri Branan and Richard Dunn and
five grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters Patricia Holmes and Barbra Lambe and brother
James Dunn.
