Michael DeCesare (a.k.a 'Hammer'), 57, of Ocean, NJ, passed away on June 7, 2023. Michael had a kind soul and would give you his last dollar, or the shirt off of his back; he would help a stranger in need, because it was the right thing to do. He was fiercely loyal, a true friend, an amazing brother, uncle, father and son. Michael tried to live by the 7 keys to life:  1.   God first 2 2.   Love one another 3.    Never hate 4.    Give generously 5.    Live simply 6.    Forgive quickly 7.    Be kind always Michael is survived by his mother and father, Carl and Theresa DeCesare, his sister, Denise DeCesare, his nephew, Damon Powell, all of Ocean, NJ, his sons, Michael DeCesare of Miami, Florida and Vito DeCesare of Ocean, NJ, his former wife and good friend, Cynthia 'Cy' Davis of Miami, Florida and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends all around the world.   In lieu of flowers, if you would like to honor Michael, we have set up a trust fund for his 14 year old son, Vito DeCesare.
