Obituary for Maria O. Pinheiro
Maria O. Pinheiro, 57, of Toms River, passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2018 with her family by her side. She was born in Aveiro Gafanha, Portugal and lived in Newark, Elizabeth, Kenilworth and Long Branch before moving to Toms River.
She was predeceased by her father, Jose Maria Fernandes and a brother, Manuel Fernandes.
Surviving are her husband, Jose; son, Daniel and his wife Osmara Pinheiro; daughter, Vanessa Pinheiro; mother, Preciosa Fernandes; 3 sisters, Fatima and Elizabeth Fernandes and Fernanda Saldanha and 2 grandchildren, Ethan Daniel and Gabriella Mara Pinheiro.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit from 9:30 to 12 noon Saturday at the Fiore Funeral Home, 882 Broadway, West Long Branch. A service will follow at 12:30 pm at Woodbine Mausoleum in Oceanport. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, www.stjude.org.
