Lloyd A. McBride age 88 of Interlaken passed away Thursday Feb. 8, 2018 at his home. He was a Professor of Communications at Seton Hall University, South Orange for 40 years (1957-1997). Lloyd also owned "Bubble land" on the AP boardwalk from 1974-1987. Born in Newark, he lived in Asbury Park before moving to Interlaken in 1942. He graduated from Asbury Park HS, Seton Hall University and recieved his Masters from Fordham University. On any given night Lloyd could be found dining at his favorite restaurant " The Adriatic" in Asbury Park. Lloyd was predeceased by his parents Lloyd and Alfreda Mc Bride. Surviving are dear friends; Natalie Gerbig of Eatontown, Thomas Smith and Tom Kilkenny. Private Burial will take place in Graceland Memorial Park, Kenilworth NJ.
