Ledel K. Frye, 30, of Lakewood, passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2022.
Born and raised in Long Branch before moving to Lakewood in 2007.
He loved to workout, play video games, playing basketball and spending time with his family and raising his son.
He was predeceased by his grandmother, Virginia Nadal and his uncle Israel Echevarria.
Surviving are his son, Ledel Frye, Jr.; his mother and step-father, Noraida and Luis Mendez; father and step-mother, Robin and Sonia Frye; brothers, Raheim Frye and Rodney and Evan Wall; sisters, Kaseima Frye and Adrienne Echevarria; grandmother, Laura E. Frye; grandfather, Augustine Echevarria; longtime girlfriend, Jermeler Sample; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit from 5-7 pm Thursday at the Fiore Funeral Home, 882 Broadway, West Long Branch.
