Joseph (Giuseppe) D'Ambrisi, 89, born January 7, 1929 in Colliano, Italy, died on Thursday, February 15th of 2018. He lived in West Long Branch for 50 years.
Joseph was predeceased by his wife of 57 years, Elizabeth D'Ambrisi, who passed away in August of 2017.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Paula and Frank Borowsky; two beloved grandchildren, Frank and Bethany Borowsky and his brother and his wife, Adriano and Concetta D'Ambrisi.
Joe was a barber and owned and operated the King's Den in Avon-by-the-Sea for over 40 years. He retired in 2009 at the age of 80. Joe's grandchildren were the sunshine of his life. He was a doting and adoring grandfather.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit from 9:30 to 10:30 am Tuesday at the Fiore Funeral Home, 882 Broadway, West Long Branch. Entombment will follow at Woodbine Mausoleum in Oceanport.
