Obituary for John C. Chapman
John C. Chapman, 73, of Asbury Park, passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at home. Born in Newark he lived in Belmar before moving to Asbury Park.
He was a painter, an avid New York Yankee fan and loved fluke fishing. He was a Civil War enthusiast and was involved in reenactments at Gettysburg.
He was predeceased by his parents, John and Susan Chapman.
He is survived by his sister, Shirley and her husband Howard Camp; nephew, Joseph Camp; nieces, Victoria Johnson and Maryann Linfante, several great-nieces and nephews and cousins, Charles and Robert Parker.
