Jeffrey “Jay Reifer, 62, of Tinton Falls, died on Wednesday, February 14, 2018.
He was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Katherine Reifer and a brother, Frank Reifer.
Surviving are his siblings, Edward (Carol), David (Lydia), Ralph (Dianne) and Robert Reifer and Margaret Cook and Jill Zocco (Sal) and many nieces and nephews.
