Jamie Manganelli, 29, of Oakhurst, Ocean Township, died Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune.
He was born in Neptune and was a lifelong resident of Oakhurst.

Jamie was a law student at Seton Hall School of Law in Newark. He was graduated Ocean Township High School in 2000 and from TCNJ. He did his internship at the law firm of Orlovsky, Moody, Schaaff and Conlon in West Long Branch.

He was a communicant of St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church, West End, Long Branch. Jamie will be remembered for his keen sense of humor. His hobbies included surfing, writing, reading and his love of animals. Jamie was born a Roman Catholic but was fascinated by the study of Buddhism. He was a friend of Bill Wilson.

He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Frank and Elizabeth Kelsey.
Jamie was the beloved son of Paul and Kathleen Manganelli; loving brother of Jennifer Weisman of Cary, NC; loving uncle of Pauline, Lilly and Maggie; devoted grandson of Paul and Gilda Manganelli of Brick; dear nephew of Steven Manganelli and his girlfriend Maddy of Brick, Mark Manganelli and his girlfriend Mimi of Oakhurst, David and his wife Agnes Manganelli of Vero Beach, FL and Elissa and her husband Roger Pardee of Annandale; he is also survived by many cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit from 2 to 6 pm Saturday at the Fiore Funeral Home, 236 Monmouth Road, Oakhurst. Funeral Service will be held at 5:30 pm Saturday at the funeral home.
