Gloria Grandinetti Galatis, 60, of lifelong resident of Long Branch passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2016.
She was a 1974 graduate of Long Branch High School and worked in the Long Branch School system as a food service supervisor for the past 20 years.

She was predeceased by her father, Benjamin and brother, Benjamin Grandinetti.

Surviving are 3 sons, Anthony Vozikakis, Brian and Christopher Galatis; daughter, Emily and Jay Frieday and 2 grandsons, Anthony and Alex; her beloved mother, Helen Grandinetti; her loving sisters and brothers, Lori and Stephen Mazar, Lisa and Chris Mazza, Nancy and Tom Rosati, Johnny and Kathy Grandinetti and Bert Grandinetti; sister-in-law, Rita Grandinetti and countless family members.

Gloria was known as a talented baker, for her open table, caring for generations of family and love of her cats.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit from 4-7 pm Monday at the Fiore Funeral Home, 882 Broadway, West Long Branch. Funeral Mass will be offered at 10 am Tuesday at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church in Long Branch followed by burial at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in West Long Branch.
