Dominic Caiazzo, 75, of Eatontown, died Saturday, November 20, 2021 at home. He was born in New York City and moved to New Jersey with his family. He was educated in the Red Bank Schools. He was a superintendent for Shrewsbury Arms in Shrewsbury. Dominic did a lot of baking for many years and then he owned Esposito’s Fish Market in Oakhurst for many years before retiring.
Surviving is his wife of 50 years, Barbara Caiazzo; his brother Pat Caiazzo of Orlando FL; three nephews, Pat Jr. and Chris and Noah and a niece Camille.
