Caroline Vona Stelluto Wanamassa Caroline Vona Stelluto, 83 of Wanamassa passed away peacefully on January 5, 2016 in Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. Born in Neptune, Caroline was a graduate of Asbury Park High School. She played basketball in High School and was an all-star member of the Gremlettes, a female softball team. Caroline was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Asbury Park and was very devoted to her family and friends. Caroline was predeceased by her brothers: Ralph, Anthony and Sam Vona; her sisters: Josephine Fiorentino, Rose Scicchitano, Ann Bianco and Grace Vetrano. She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Anthony “Feet” Stelluto; her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, James and Phyliss Stelluto and several devoted nieces, nephews and their spouses. Visitation will be on Friday, January 8 from 3 pm – 7 pm in Buckley Funeral Home, 509 Second Avenue, Asbury Park. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10 am in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Asbury Avenue, Asbury Park. Interment will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Neptune.
