Beth Ann Gogerty, 66, of Ocean Township, died peacefully with her family by her side at home on Wednesday, November 12, 2014.

She was born in Irvington and lived in Maplewood and Howell Township before moving to Ocean in April.

Beth was a school nurse for the Brick Township Board of Education for over 20 years. Prior, she was a nurse at St. Mary’s School in Ocean.

She was a dog lover and enjoyed vacationing with her family in Cape May.

She was predeceased by her parents, John and Marie Stuppi and her brother, Joseph Stuppi.

Surviving are her husband of 34 years, Walter J. Gogerty; her son, Ryan, her daughter, Megan, also was her best friend; 2 sisters, Jonna Glanzman and Jean Fay and nephew and several nieces.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit from 1-5 pm Sunday at the Fiore Funeral Home, 236 Monmouth Road in Oakhurst. Please meet the family for a Funeral Mass at 10:30 am Monday at St. Jerome Roman Catholic Church, 254 Wall Street in West Long Branch.
