It is with great sadness that the family of Amy Marie Staples announce the passing of Amy Marie Staples into eternal rest on May 18, 2021 at Riverview Medical Center. Amy was born on 9/14/1980 in Silver Spring, MD and spent her younger years living in northern Virginia before relocating to Monmouth County, New Jersey.

Amy graduated from Shore Regional High School in 1998 and Monmouth University with a degree in Criminal Justice in 2002. Amy was an avid traveler both domestically and overseas. Amy loved adventure and always enjoyed time with her family and friends. Prior to her passing, Amy worked for Barclay’s Investment Bank and more recently for Booze, Allen Haminton as a Cyber Security Analyst.

Amy is survived by her loving parents Jo-Ann and Peter Staples of Ocean Township, NJ, brothers Peter (Korinne) Staples of MN, Dan (Kerry) Staples of Arnold MD, Nephews Ashton, Carson and Callan. Aunts Mary Mulligan and Tricia Marinan of Cornwall, NY, Ute Mulligan of Pine Bush, NY, Cousin Maria (Jeffery/Connor) Nathanson of Sandy Hook, CT.

Relatives and close friends are invited to a celebration of remembrance of Amy’s life at Fiore Funeral Home in Oakhurst, NJ on Sat May 22, 2021 from 1-3 Pm with religious services at 2:45pm.
