Obituary for Ralph E Marra
Ralph E. Marra, 67, passed to his Heavenly Father on Sunday, May 24, 2020 at his home.
Ralph was born on September 14, 1952 in Long Branch, NJ where he resided until moving to Eatontown in 2001.
He was predeceased by his parents, Rocco and Helen Marra, his sister, Patricia Marra, and his faithful dog, Buddy Man.
Ralph, who was known to many as “Noisy” had the ability to light up a room so effortlessly with his inviting personality. His caring nature and exceptional sense of humor made him one of a kind, who was loved by all who knew him.
Ralph was a cherished and dedicated employee at Hollywood Golf Club for over the past thirty years. Prior to that, he worked at E&L Paving Company in Long Branch.
In his spare time, Ralph enjoyed playing golf, and attending Yankee games. He was also an avid football fan. His favorite team was the Giants.
Ralph is survived by his loving wife, Catherine, nee Bush; his stepdaughter, Colleen Jolly of Eatontown; his sister, Frances Marra; his niece, Melissa Cowart; his nephew, John Marra; two great nephews, and three great nieces; his mother-in-law, Margaret Bush; his sisters-in-law, Jean Bush, Patricia Bergin, and Maureen Ziznewski.
