Matthew “Matt” Dalton, 24, passed away suddenly at home on Saturday, January 23, 2016. Matt attended Ocean Township High School where he was a dedicated wrestler and graduated in 2009. He graduated from Brookdale Community College and New Jersey City University with a degree in teaching. Matt had a passion to help and serve and was looking forward to becoming a firefighter. Matt was kind and loving and had the most beautiful smile that would light up a room.

He is survived by his loving parents, Nora and Michael Dalton; his beloved sister, Sydney; and the love of his life, Chelsea Agrios. He will be greatly missed by his aunts, uncles, cousins and loved ones.

Funeral Mass will be offered at 11 am Saturday at St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church, 800 Ocean Avenue in West End, Long Branch.
