Barbara Bevacqui, 90, passed peacefully on Sept 22, at home, with friends and family at her side. A lifelong resident of Long Branch and West Long Branch, she was a devoted wife to her husband, Anthony and loving mother to her sons Anthony Jr and Thomas.
A communicant of St Michael's Parish, she was a devout Catholic. She was a very caring and generous woman who always gave her time and anything necessary to help others in need. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.
She was predeceased by her parents Santo & Filomena Perri, her husband, Anthony and her sister, Mary Mazzacco.
She is survived by her 2 sons: Anthony and his wife Geri, and Thomas; her sister, Sylvia Pataky.
Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects on Tuesday at the Fiore Funeral Home, 236 Monmouth Road, Oakhurst, from 4-8 pm. Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church in West End, Long Branch, on Wednesday at 10:30 am. Entombment will follow at Woodbine Mausoleum in Oceanport.
